The CPM700 Deluxe Broadband Receiver detects and locates all major types of electronic surveillance devices including room, phone, body bugs, video transmitters, and tape recorders. This Portable Sweep Kit includes everything needed to perform a professional sweep and fits inside a standard briefcase.

This device is so useful on a sweep that each person on the detail should have at least one unit dedicated to him or her. In the event that only one piece of equipment can be brought along for the sweep; such as when on an EP team, then this is the one to have.

This instrument is also ideal for a Private Investigator or Security Manager who needs a limited capacity to perform sweeps but is not able to bring in an outside TSCM Specialist. The unit is also perfect for private individuals who wish to discretely perform their own sweeps or bug detection.

The easy-to-use CPM-700 Deluxe Sweep Kit includes a custom Cordura Case that contains all items necessary to conduct a professional bug sweep.

The CPM-700 Deluxe is easy to use, and is highly effective with only limited (if any) operator training.

Multi-Functional Utility: Comes with probes to detect RF transmitters (audio and video), carrier current transmitters, and telephone bugs. Probes detect for infrared transmitters, tape recorders, and acoustic leakage.

Wideband Coverage: from 10kHz to over 12GHz with no holes or gaps.

Monitor Mode: after a sweep, the alarm monitor (silent or audible alert) guards against new devices brought in or remote control activation of surveillance devices.

Audio Auxiliary Input: allows user to listen to telephones or lines for "hotmikes," hookswitch by-pass and "infinity" bugs. Unknown wires and cables can be tested for wired microphones.

The CPM-700 Deluxe is very effective for rapidly detecting and locating transmitted signals, while being very easy to learn to use.

The CPM-700 is best used by passing the RF probe around the surfaces of areas being checked, but doing so at a very slow and steady rate, and no faster than that you would use to lay down a coat of latex paint with a four inch paint brush.

The Magnetic and Infrared probes are used in a similar manner. With the VLF probe you can test all electrical outlets for carrier current covert eavesdropping devices.

The CPM-700 also detects and locates RF tracking transmitters which may have been installed to follow vehicles.

The Acoustic Leakage Probe can be used to test both sides of walls, pipes, air ducts, and other locations where sound could leak from the area being checked and monitored by an eavesdropper with the naked ear.

The Acoustic Leakage Probe, the ALP-700 probe also assists in the placement of acoustic noise generators and audio jammers.

The CPM700 can also be used as an automatic monitor mode once a sweep has been conducted to detect and alarm on any changes while one is away.

The line probe can be plugged into the auxiliary output of the CPM-700 and used to check any unknown wires and to test for possible eavesdropping activities and/or devices.

The 24-hour recorder output and controls will store suspicious sounds on a standard cassette recorder (not included) while you are away.

MPA-700 Modular Phone Adapter

The MPA-700 Modular Phone Adapter is a "banjo", and you can never have enough of these on a sweep. Gives operator easy access to phone wiring combinations in testing for surveillance devices.

This modular adapter allows in-line testing for any plug/jack combination. It includes two 4-pair jacks plus a 152 mm (6 in.) modular cord terminated with a patented 4-pair "universal" plug for accessing any standard 6- or 8-position jack.

Individual conductors are broken out by pin number and correspond to eight separate test pads. Test equipment can be securely attached to the test pads using alligator clips.

For quick reference in the field, USOC, T568A, and T568B wiring charts are printed right onto the Modapt body. This permits all wire combinations can be checked on both modern single, and multi-pair phone wiring.

CLA-700 Cigarette Lighter

Adapter provides 12 VDC power from automobile socket. Allows user to plug the unit in to vehicle power which is helpful when sweeping an automobile or SUV

NCB-700 Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) Batteries

These bateries can be recharged overnight numerous times. The NCB-700 Rechargeable Nickel Cadmium Battery Pack provides a set of NiCad batteries that replace the alkaline batteries.

The author's personal preference is to keep several sets of charged NiCads and stand alone charger available, plus several sets of Alkaline or Lithium batteries as well (just in case of extended usage).

TRP-700 Tape Recorder Patch Cords.

The TRP-700 Tape Recorder Patch Cords allows users to leave a CPM-700 in an area and control a small tape recorder. An added benefit is to use these cable to go into a cam-corder to document the sweep.

Allows the use of silent headphone detection, disconnects the internal speaker.

IRP-700 Infrared Probe

The IRP-700 Infrared Probe will let users test for IR radiation and related devices. Enables the operator to detect and locate surveillance devices that utilize invisible infrared energy as the transmitting medium.

This is a very important accessory to obtain as it is one of the few ways to detect laser based eavesdropping devices, covert video transmitters using IR diodes, some fiber optic systems, and similar devices.

MLP-700 Magnetic Leakage Probe

MLP-700 Magnetic Leakage Probe will allow users to detect magnetic fields (as opposed to electrical fields). Enables the operator to detect and locate magnetic recording devices such as audio or video tape recorders. The Magnetic Leakage Probe is very helpful in finding ELF, VLF, and MF signals, and works very well in locating covert video cameras.

ALP-700 Acoustic Leakage Probe

The ALP-700 Acoustic Leakage Probe is a contact microphone that is used to test for acoustic leakage. The operator can determine the vulnerability of acoustic leakage by placing the ALP-700 against structural objects (i.e. walls, windows).

BMP-1200 Broadband Microwave

Probe UpgradeThe Broadband Microwave Probe (BMP-1200) covers 2 GHz to 12 GHz, creating a directional response making locating transmitters easier. The BMP1200 provides enhanced sensitivity over the standard RF probe in the common 2.4 GHz range (video cameras, phones, 802.11 etc.).

Includes Acoustic Leakage Probe, Sniffer Probe, and deluxe hard-shell carrying case.

The BMP-1200 is backwards compatible with all existing CPM-700 receivers, and provides coverage from 200 Hz to 12 GHz with no holes or gaps.

RF Sniffer Probe

The sniffer probe provides improved detection in RF rich environments where signal saturation may be a problem. The Sniffer probe is a desensitized near-field probe with a detection range from 15 kHz to 3 GHz and is designed to pinpoint bugging devices with a very high level of precision.

The deluxe carrying case is a hard shell case with milled foam designed to accommodate the CPM-700 and all accessories including the new probes. Specifications BMP-1200
